Build and maintain strong relationships with key real estate stakeholders **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Work Arrangement:** In Person **Market Coverage:** Qatar Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the company’s **real estate leasing operations** across Qatar. * Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, rental income, and portfolio performance. * Lead, coach, and manage the leasing team to achieve individual and departmental targets. * Establish leasing targets, KPIs, performance standards, and business development plans. * Build and maintain strong relationships with **property owners, landlords, tenants, corporate clients, developers, investors, and brokers**. * Manage the full leasing cycle, from property marketing and lead generation through property viewings, negotiations, contract execution, and renewals. * Develop and maintain a strong network of landlords, tenants, corporate accounts, and referral partners. * Identify new leasing opportunities and expand the company’s property portfolio. * Monitor occupancy rates, rental rates, leasing pipeline, conversion rates, renewals, and overall team performance. * Conduct market research and analyse rental trends, competitor activity, demand, and emerging opportunities within Qatar. * Advise landlords and property owners on rental pricing, market positioning, leasing strategies, and tenant demand. * Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements while protecting the interests of the company and its clients. * Develop strategies to improve tenant retention, renewal rates, and long\-term client relationships. * Represent the company professionally in meetings, property viewings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry activities. * Prepare regular leasing performance and market reports for senior management. * Ensure all leasing transactions and client activities comply with company policies and applicable Qatar laws and regulations. Candidate Profile * Proven experience in **real estate leasing**, preferably in a Leasing Manager or senior leasing position. * Strong knowledge of the **Qatar real estate and rental market**. * Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and revenue objectives. * Strong existing network of **landlords, property owners, tenants, corporate clients, developers, and brokers** in Qatar is highly preferred. * Demonstrated experience managing leasing teams and achieving performance targets. * Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, networking, and relationship\-management skills. * Excellent understanding of rental pricing, property positioning, tenant requirements, and market trends. * Strong commercial awareness and business\-development capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple properties, clients, negotiations, and transactions simultaneously. * Results\-oriented with strong leadership, ownership, and accountability. * **Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or additional languages are an advantage.** * Candidates currently residing in **Qatar** are preferred. * Valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
