Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and completeness **Job Purpose** Petrotec is seeking a skilled **LMS Content Creator (Contractor)** to develop and transform internal business content into structured, engaging e\-learning courses for our **SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)**. The role will work closely with multiple departments across Petrotec collecting subject matter content and converting it into professional training modules aligned with company standards. **Key Responsibilities*** Develop high\-quality e\-learning content for the SAP SuccessFactors LMS based on business requirements across all departments * Translate raw information (PowerPoints, SOPs, policies, manuals) into structured courses and lessons. * Design interactive learning material (quizzes, knowledge checks, scenario questions, assessments). * Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate content accuracy and completeness. * Ensure content aligns with Petrotec branding, tone, and internal communication standards. * Support upload and configuration of courses on SAP SuccessFactors (or coordinate with LMS admin). * Update and enhance existing content as processes/policies change. * Maintain content library structure and file organization. **Required Qualifications \& Experience*** Proven experience in **e\-learning content development** / instructional design / course creation. * Strong writing and content structuring skills (clear, professional, learner\-friendly). * Experience working with multiple departments and extracting knowledge from SMEs. * Familiar with **SAP SuccessFactors LMS** **Preferred Skills*** Experience using content tools such as **Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline)**, Canva, PPT advanced design, or similar. * Experience with **video editing tools**, preferably **Final Cut Pro** * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently. * Experience using **AI tools** for content development (e.g., script writing, design support, visuals) **Requirements** * Strong ability to convert documents and SME input into **structured training courses** * Experience using **Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline)** or similar tools * Familiar with **LMS platforms** (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus) * Strong **English writing and communication** skills (Arabic is a plus) Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high\-quality content * **Benefits** * Contract\-based role (6 months)
