In this role, you will work directly with management to connect our communication channels (such as WhatsApp and Email) with our internal CRM and dispatch tools. You will utilize n8n and AI tools to eliminate manual data entry, automate client quoting, and streamline dispatching for our delivery fleet. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Workflow Automation:** Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n to handle daily logistics and operational tasks. * **AI Integration:** Implement AI tools (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs) into daily operations to read unstructured client messages and extract structured order details. * **Systems Integration:** Connect core software systems utilizing REST APIs and Webhooks (e.g., connecting a WhatsApp business account to a CRM or Google Sheets). * **Customer Support Chatbots:** Assist in setting up and maintaining basic conversational AI chatbots to handle basic, 24/7 customer inquiries and provide delivery status updates. * **Maintenance \& Testing:** Monitor workflows for errors, troubleshoot broken connections, and ensure reliable daily performance of all automated systems. **Required Qualifications:** * Demonstrated, hands\-on experience building functional workflows in n8n (applicants must be able to provide examples or a portfolio of past automated flows). * Familiarity with AI models and APIs (specifically OpenAI) and an understanding of how to use prompt engineering to generate structured data outputs (like JSON). * Strong understanding of API documentation, Webhooks, and data mapping. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to independently research and resolve technical integration issues. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure zero\-downtime in logistics dispatching. **Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):** * Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python. * Familiarity with conversational AI chatbot builders (such as Voiceflow, Botpress, or Flowise). * Experience working with databases like Airtable, Firebase, or Supabase. * Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or supply chain software is a plus. **Benefits:** * Professional development opportunities in a growing company. * Direct involvement in building the digital infrastructure of a commercial business from the ground up. **Schedule:** * 8\-hour shift Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1,800\.00 per month Work Location: In person
