**Tasks**
---------
**Strategic Partnerships:**
* Partnership Relations: Scout for new collaborations while maintaining strong ties with existing partners, vendors and our legal team. You’ll be the friendly face of Thaura in emails and calls.
* External Representation: Occasionally represent Thaura in external meetings or events.
**Customer Success \& Insights**
* Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, acting as the voice of Thaura.
* Data Insights: Analyze data to provide actionable insights to our product and engineering teams. Help us understand *why* people love (or struggle with) Thaura.
**Administrative \& Operational:**
* Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in how we work and fix them. Whether it’s streamlining a workflow or setting up a simple automation tool, you’ll make our lives easier.
* Founder Enablement: Manage calendars, travel, and inbox triage so the founders can focus on product and strategy. Think of yourself as their right hand.
* Administrative Processes: Draft, edit, and organize documents and handle registrations, applications, and other processes.
* Financial Administration: Assist with financial administration, including invoice tracking and expense reporting.
* Project Flexibility: Jump in wherever needed \- whether it’s drafting a document, organizing a team retreat, or handling a special project.
**Requirements**
----------------

* **Warm Communicator:** You communicate clearly, warmly and with frank simplicity. No corporate fluff \- just honest and straightforward. You represent Thaura’s values in every interaction.
* **Tech\-Savvy:** You’re comfortable learning new tools quickly. You enjoy automating repetitive tasks and finding smarter ways to work.
* **Organized \& Efficient:** You bring order to chaos. You thrive on structure and clarity.
* **Analytical Mindset:** You have an analytical mind but lead with empathy. You can spot trends, identify bottlenecks, and use insights to improve operations rather than just reacting to them.
* **Adaptable \& Flexible:** Startup life is chaotic. You thrive when priorities shift and aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats. You stay calm under pressure and keep things moving.
* **Positive Energy:** You bring good vibes to the team. You’re collaborative, optimistic, and make work feel energizing rather than draining.
* **Experience:** Previous experience in customer success, operations, or executive assistance preferred. Experience in the AI/SaaS sector is a strong plus.
* **Language Skills:** Native or fluent proficiency in English. Arabic is a bonus.
**Benefits**
------------
* **Build the Alternative:** In an industry obsessed with endless scale at the cost of values, you’ll join a team that does the opposite. Your work directly supports the creation of ethical tech infrastructure.
* **Join a Young, Energetic Team:** Work alongside the founders and a tight\-knit group of passionate believers. We are small, agile, and driven by purpose, not profit margins.
* **Remote Flexibility \& Compensation:** Enjoy full remote work, supported by a competitive salary.
