Key Responsibilities * Oversee the end\-to\-end photo editing workflow, from initial ingest to final client delivery. * Distribute assignments to the retouching team based on skill sets and current project deadlines. * Perform quality control (QC) checks on all edited assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and technical specifications. * Coordinate with photographers and account managers to clarify creative briefs and project timelines. * Manage the digital asset library, ensuring all files are correctly named, tagged, and archived. * Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to maintain high production speeds without sacrificing quality. Skills and Requirements * **Software Mastery:** Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge. Familiarity with Capture One is a plus. * **Coordination Skills:** Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. * **Visual Acuity:** A "pixel\-perfect" eye for color balance, composition, skin retouching, and product masking. * **Communication:** Clear, professional English communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and client updates. * **Experience:** 2\+ years of experience in a high\-volume photo studio or creative agency environment. * **Adaptive Thinking:** Ability to provide constructive feedback to editors and find creative solutions under tight deadlines.
