**Job Summary** The Sales \& Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting interior decoration and fit\-out projects across Qatar. The role combines project\-based sales with marketing initiatives to grow the company’s presence in the local market. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and secure new interior decoration and fit\-out projects in Qatar. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations. * Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and follow\-ups. * Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams. * Support marketing activities and manage company branding, portfolios, and digital presence. * Achieve sales targets and business development goals. * Submit weekly sales Report . Requirements \& Qualifications * 5–7 years of experience in **interior decoration \& fit\-out sales/marketing in Qatar** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Knowledge of interior decoration materials, finishes, and fit\-out processes. * Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs is a plus. * Proficient in MS Office; CRM and digital marketing experience preferred. * Valid Qatar driving license preferred with service vehicle.
