The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven sales experience, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients across various sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell a wide range of **electrical and automation products** including control panels, PLCs, drives, sensors, instrumentation, and related components. * Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors. * Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end\-users. * Conduct **technical presentations**, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions. * Prepare and submit **technical proposals**, quotations, and tender documents. * Achieve assigned **sales targets** and market share objectives. * Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery and technical support. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering** or related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of sales experience** in electrical and automation products or industrial solutions * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid **Qatar Driving License** is mandatory. * Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage. **Benefits:** * Attractive salary and commission structure. * Company vehicle or allowance. * Medical insurance and annual leave benefits. * Growth opportunities within a leading organization.
