




Summary: Seeking a target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell properties, negotiate deals, and maintain strong client relationships in the Qatar property market. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully Responsibilities * Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns * Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers and investors * Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and payment plans * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners * Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitors in Qatar * Prepare and present sales reports to management * Ensure all documentation complies with Qatar real estate regulations and company policies * Provide after\-sales support to ensure client satisfaction Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred) * Minimum 3\+ years of experience in real estate sales (Qatar experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proven track record of achieving sales targets * Fluency in English * Valid Qatar Driving License * Transferable visa with NOC Skills \& Competencies * Strong sales and closing skills * Customer\-focused approach * Self\-motivated and target\-driven * Professional presentation and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month
