We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical **Security Infrastructure Cost Controller** to join our finance and accounting (*Muhasebe*) team at our regional headquarters in West Bay, Doha. In this specialized role, you will bridge the gap between financial oversight and our physical and technical security operations. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all budgetary expenditures related to security systems, infrastructure deployment, hardware sourcing, and ongoing maintenance projects. **Key Responsibilities** * **Budgeting \& Cost Control:** Oversee and manage the operational and capital expenditure (CapEx/OpEx) budgets for ongoing security infrastructure projects. * **Financial Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive cost\-benefit analyses for security equipment procurement, subcontractor services, and technical deployment. * **Variance Reporting:** Identify, investigate, and report on budget variances between projected security infrastructure costs and actual expenditures. * **Vendor \& Invoice Verification:** Review, audit, and approve supplier, contractor, and vendor invoices related to security systems to ensure accuracy against contract terms. * **Asset Management:** Track depreciation and maintenance lifecycle costs of physical security infrastructure assets. * **Financial Reporting:** Prepare detailed weekly and monthly financial cost reports for senior management to support strategic decision\-making. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or financial management—ideally within the security services, construction, IT infrastructure, or defense sectors. * **Technical Skills:** High proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * **Language:** Professional proficiency in English is required.
