We are seeking a **Lead Product Designer (m/f/d)** who will take full ownership of our product design vision. This role goes beyond visual design—you will shape the overall user experience strategy and guide a team of designers toward delivering impactful solutions. Our engineering teams work with modern frameworks such as React and Angular, ensuring smooth collaboration between design and development. **Growth:** We support your professional development with access to global conferences, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** **Design System Ownership:** Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across all platforms. **End to End Design:** Lead the full design lifecycle from research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery. **Team Leadership:** Guide and mentor designers, fostering a collaborative environment and raising the overall quality of design output. **User Research:** Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve product performance. **Stakeholder Management:** Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and justify decisions based on user needs and business goals. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** At least 6 years of experience in product design, with prior experience leading or mentoring a design team. **Portfolio:** A comprehensive portfolio showcasing detailed case studies that highlight your design thinking and problem solving approach. **Tooling:** Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems. **Language Skills:** Fluent English is required.
