The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both **commercial and residential projects** and a solid background within the Qatar market. Requirements: * Minimum **7 years of experience in Qatar**. * Proven experience in commercial and residential interior design projects. * Strong background in design \& fit\-out within a contracting company. * Extensive experience in client handling, leading meetings, and presentations. * Strong knowledge in material selection and finishes coordination. * Experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors in Qatar. * Excellent administrative and project management skills. * Ability to manage, lead, and mentor a design team. * Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). Responsibilities: * Lead design concepts from initial stage to project completion. * Conduct and manage client meetings and presentations. * Oversee material selection and supplier coordination. * Supervise project documentation and site coordination. * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
