Summary: This Growth & Sales Lead role is for a highly ambitious individual passionate about aggressively scaling revenue and taking full ownership of the sales engine for a fast-growing meal prep and catering business. Drive aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets This is not a job for someone looking to “manage.” This is for someone who wants to **own a revenue line and scale it aggressively**. We are a fast\-growing **meal prep and catering business**, and we are looking for a **Growth \& Sales Lead** who can take control of our sales engine and push it to the next level. If you are someone who treats sales like a **game of numbers, strategy, and execution**, this role gives you the platform to **build, test, and scale**. **What You Will Be Responsible For** * Drive **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets** across meal prep subscriptions and catering services * Lead and train a team of sales agents to **achieve and exceed aggressive KPIs** * Build and execute **high\-converting offers and promotions** * Manage and optimize **CRM pipelines, lead tracking, and conversion funnels** * Monitor **conversion rates, follow\-ups, and closing performance** * Train the team on **closing techniques, objection handling, and upselling strategies** * Develop partnerships with **corporates, gyms, communities, and external organizations** to generate leads * Ensure strong coordination between **sales, operations, and delivery teams** * Analyze performance data and take **immediate action to improve results** **Who We Are Looking For** * Minimum **3 years of proven experience in sales**, preferably in **F\&B, meal prep, catering, or subscription\-based businesses** * Strong track record of **achieving or exceeding sales targets** * Experience in **managing and motivating a small sales team** * Hands\-on with **CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting tools** * Strong understanding of **sales funnels, lead conversion, and retention strategies** * Fluent in **English (Arabic is a strong advantage)** * Highly energetic, **target\-driven, and result\-oriented mindset** * Ability to **build external relationships and partnerships** * Valid **driving license** is required **What Will Set You Apart** * Experience in **subscription\-based sales models** * Ability to create **irresistible offers and bundles that drive conversions** * Strong understanding of **customer behavior and repeat sales strategies** * Proven ability to **scale sales, not just maintain operations** **What Success Looks Like** * Consistently hitting **aggressive sales targets** * Improving **lead\-to\-conversion ratios** * Building a **high\-performance sales culture** * Delivering **month\-on\-month revenue growth** **Important** This is a **target\-driven, high\-pressure role**.
