Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Senior Software Development Manager** to lead our software engineering teams, oversee project lifecycles, and drive innovation in product development. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in software architecture, agile methodologies, and team management. The Senior Software Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology vision and ensuring successful delivery of high\-impact projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage software development teams across multiple projects. * Define and implement software development strategies aligned with company objectives. * Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and innovation. * Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. * Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and manage risks. * Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
