Key Responsibilities **Backend Development** Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support high\-traffic applications **System Architecture** Contribute to system design decisions including microservices architecture, database design, and service integration **Performance Optimization** Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of backend systems **Code Quality** Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code following best practices and coding standards **Collaboration** Work closely with frontend developers, product teams, and DevOps to deliver end\-to\-end solutions **Mentorship** Support junior and mid\-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance What We Are Looking For **Experience** 5 to 8 years of experience in backend development or software engineering **Technical Skills** Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices Solid understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure **Tools and Practices** Experience with Git, CI CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker **Problem Solving** Strong analytical thinking with the ability to design scalable and efficient systems **Communication** Good English communication skills for collaboration across teams **Mindset** You are proactive, detail\-oriented, and focused on delivering high\-quality solutions Pay: QAR14,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
