




The Shopify Admin is responsible for managing the Shopify website end to end, including product setup, content creation, customer service, and basic technical support. This role ensures a smooth online shopping experience, accurate product presentation, and efficient customer communication. **Key Responsibilities \& Tasks:** **Shopify \& Website Management** * Manage the Shopify store from A to Z * Add, edit, and manage products (titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, variants) * Create and manage collections (manual and automated) * Upload, hide, publish, or archive products as needed * Manage inventory levels and sold\-out items * Maintain website navigation and menus **Product Content \& Descriptions** * Create clear, engaging, and brand\-aligned product descriptions * Ensure correct sizing, fabric, care, and pricing details * Proofread and edit all product content before publishing * Optimize product pages for better user experience and conversions **Photo Editing \& Visual Updates** * Edit product photos (basic retouching, cropping, background cleanup, resizing) * Optimize images for web performance * Upload and organize product images correctly * Coordinate with the creative team when needed **Customer Service \& Order Support** * Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, chat, and social platforms * Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and orders * Track and follow up on orders, exchanges, and returns * Ensure timely and professional responses * Escalate complex issues when required **Coding \& Technical Support** * Perform basic coding edits (HTML, CSS, Liquid) * Adjust layout, product page elements, and minor design fixes * Identify and report technical issues * Work with developers or Shopify support when advanced fixes are required **E\-commerce Operations** * Set up discounts, promo codes, and campaigns * Support new collection launches and seasonal updates * Test website functionality (checkout, links, pages) * Ensure the website is always live, updated, and error\-free **Reporting \& Coordination** * Provide basic reports (sales performance, best\-selling items, customer issues) * Coordinate with marketing, operations, and creative teams * Follow timelines and deadlines for updates and launches **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Strong experience with **Shopify** * Experience in **customer service for e\-commerce** * Photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar) * Copywriting skills for product descriptions * Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid) * Strong attention to detail and organization * Fashion or retail experience is a plus Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
