Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering & Estimation Engineer with strong technical understanding and the ability to manage strict tender deadlines. Highlights: 1. Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple strict deadlines We are looking for a **detail\-oriented and proactive Tendering \& Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under strict tender deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Review and analyze **tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements**. * Review and verify layouts, ensuring all **dimensions, specifications, quantities, and technical details** comply with tender requirements. * Prepare and review tender pricing, ensuring **accuracy and completeness** before submission. * Coordinate all required tender documents and ensure submissions are **accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines**. * Identify discrepancies, missing information, and technical requirements within tender documents. * Quickly understand and adapt to **new products, technical requirements, tender procedures, and company processes**. * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the tendering process. * Take ownership of mistakes, identify their causes, and implement corrective measures to avoid repetition. * Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines simultaneously. Requirements * Previous experience in **tendering, estimation, or technical commercial roles**, preferably within the construction, stainless steel, kitchen equipment, or MEP industry. * Strong ability to read and understand **technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs**. * Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Fast learner with the ability to understand new products and requirements quickly. * Proficiency in **MS Office and relevant estimation/tendering software**.
