Requirements * **Gender:** Female candidates only. * **Experience:** Proven working experience as a real estate leasing agent or salesperson. * **Skills:** Strong independent work ethic combined with exceptional interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and communication skills. * **Demeanor:** Professional, trustworthy, and pleasant. * **Location:** Local hiring only (must currently be available in Qatar). Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree. * Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Shark CRM) and property portals. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
