Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Designer to develop visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand and objectives. The Designer will work closely with internal teams or clients to create engaging concepts for digital and/or print media. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Create innovative design concepts for marketing materials, branding, social media, websites, and/or print * Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive designs * Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives * Revise and update designs based on feedback * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently * Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies * Prepare final artwork for production or digital publishing **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio of work * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects * Attention to detail and strong problem\-solving abilities * Knowledge of UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus * Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is an advantage Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Experience: * Graphic Designer: 3 years (Preferred) Location: * Qatar (Required) Work Location: In person
