Summary: The AMI Analyst will be responsible for analyzing smart meter data, monitoring system performance, and providing operational insights to improve AMI system efficiency. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve operational issues About the Role The AMI Analyst will be responsible for analyzing smart meter data, monitoring system performance, identifying anomalies, and providing operational insights to improve the efficiency of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems. The role supports utility operations through accurate reporting, data validation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities * Analyze AMI system data and meter performance. * Monitor data quality, communication success rates, and meter health. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports. * Identify missing data, consumption anomalies, and communication failures. * Support MDMS data validation and reporting activities. * Develop dashboards and KPIs for management reporting. * Coordinate with technical teams to resolve operational issues. * Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy. * Support system testing and operational improvements. * Ensure compliance with utility reporting standards. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in AMI, Utilities, or Data Analysis in Qatar. * Experience with MDMS, HES, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of Smart Metering and Utility Operations. * Experience preparing management reports and dashboards. * Fluency in English is required.
