This role demands a comprehensive understanding of BIM methodologies, advanced proficiency in BIM software, and a proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards. * Supervise and mentor BIM teams, fostering collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve cohesive project outcomes. * Establish and enforce quality control procedures for BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications. * Utilize advanced BIM tools to identify and resolve conflicts within models, facilitating efficient design and construction processes. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding BIM\-related matters, providing expert guidance and addressing concerns. * Conduct training sessions to enhance the BIM capabilities of team members and stakeholders. * Oversee the preparation of detailed BIM documentation and reports, ensuring accurate record\-keeping and effective communication. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * A minimum of 12 years with 8 years of proven experience in BIM coordination, with substantial experience in large\-scale projects within the construction industry. * Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D. Experience with additional tools like Synchro, Solibri, or Infraworks is advantageous. * Relevant certifications in BIM or related areas are preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving abilities.
