Career growth opportunities within a dynamic organization Construction Manager **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to lead and oversee infrastructure and pipeline construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. If you have extensive experience managing construction projects, strong leadership skills, and prior exposure to QatarEnergy projects, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise all day\-to\-day construction activities at the project site. * Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. * Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues, delays, and site challenges. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and client standards. * Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Attend project meetings and provide technical and construction updates. * Ensure timely completion of inspections, approvals, documentation, and project handover. Requirements * **Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.** * **10–15 years** of experience in construction management. * Proven experience managing **infrastructure and pipeline projects.** * Previous experience working on **QatarEnergy (QE) projects** is required. * Experience on **QatarEnergy Dukhan projects** will be a strong advantage. * Good knowledge of Qatar's construction regulations and client procedures, preferably with **QatarEnergy, Kahramaa, or Ashghal.** * Valid Qatar Driving License. * **UPDA/MMUP** certification is mandatory. * Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within strict deadlines. Preferred Candidate * Strong experience in infrastructure, utilities, and pipeline construction. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams. * Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and project delivery.
