Conduct site inspections and technical audits **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated **Electrical Engineer** to join our Facility Management team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of electrical systems within commercial, residential, and industrial facilities. Candidates with **UPDA certification** and the ability to join immediately will be given preference. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of electrical systems across multiple facilities. * Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical distribution systems, LV/MV networks, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, lighting systems, and associated equipment. * Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Lead technical teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements. * Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and condition assessments of electrical assets. * Investigate electrical failures and implement effective corrective actions. * Review and approve technical reports, maintenance records, method statements, and risk assessments. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements. * Support project execution, testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence. * Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. * Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and maintenance plans as required. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum **7 years of experience in Facility Management** within Qatar or GCC. * Strong knowledge of: * Electrical distribution systems * Transformers and switchgear * Diesel generators and synchronization systems * UPS systems and battery banks * Building electrical services * Electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis * Experience in managing maintenance teams and subcontractors. * Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning. * Good understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage. Mandatory Qualifications * **UPDA Certified Engineer (Grade A, B, or C).** * Available in Qatar. * **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.** Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR9,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Minimum of 7 years of Experience in FM Field Work Location: In person
