Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards **Qualification** Electrical Engineering Degree with three years of relevant experience. **JOB Responsibilities** * Coordinate production activities for LV/MV switchgear, control panels, distribution boards, MCCs, PCCs, and related electrical assemblies * Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Stores, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Review approved electrical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and production requirements before starting manufacturing. * Plan manpower, materials, machines, and production resources according to workload and priorities. * Monitor production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, and resource requirements. * Follow up on material availability and coordinate with the Stores and Procurement teams to avoid production delays. * Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards. * Prepare production schedules and work orders for different manufacturing stages. * Track project\-wise production status and provide regular progress reports to management. * Coordinate with the Engineering team regarding drawing revisions, technical clarifications, and production\-related issues. * Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, and rectification of production issues. * Ensure proper documentation of production records, material consumption, work progress, and delivery status. * Maintain proper coordination between production priorities and customer/project delivery commitments.
