Coordinate resources, site teams, and department workflows **Support Engineer for UPS systems, Central Battery System, Batteries, Power Converters, Battery Chargers** · Attending day to day support work related to division for sales, submittal, RCA, MS, RA, project execution, AMCs and overall coordination to meet client’s deadline as advised by Division Head. · Proactively arranging all resources required for above mentioned daily activities, weekly plans, monthly schedule and streamlining the tasks for day to day documentation for monitoring and successful completion. · Preparing all submittals, tender submissions, quotations, reviewing RFQs, giving inputs for preparing pricing, collecting supplier pricing, ensuring timely submission of tenders, quotations, and maintenance / technical reports. · Coordinating between site teams for preparing daily monitoring reports, bridging gap between site teams and admin / accounts for timely invoice submission, communicating any gaps to respective managers. · Based on day to day site reports preparing list of corrective actions \& BOQ, preparing quotations based on same as per Division Head’s instructions. · As per customer’s Order requirement, giving all correct Techno\-commercial BOQ for releasing LPOs / FPOs, following with relevant staff for all OSF / LPO / FPO releasing to ensure departmental work flow is smooth and achieving the deadlines of material / service / project / documentation delivery, completion, invoicing. · Based on daily reports Preparing and Keeping records for all types of technical, AMC, service, project documentation, preparing weekly \& monthly review reports for pending OSFs, LPOs, FPOs, Submittals, tenders. · Bridging all operational gaps between sales, supporting departments like service / admin / commercial / accounts \& logistics departments by informing and liaisoning proactively in time. · Attending site visits, pre sales and pre installation stage as advised by Division Head. Assisting for project execution and manpower planning, material coordination, project Liaisoning with Supervisors and giving them correct technical report / feedback. Coordination with local Material supplier, sourcing new material supplier, new vendor development (Local Service / AMC / Project Materials) as per Division Head’s instructions. · Filing, Documentation of all meters / assets / getting them calibrated timely. · All departmental technical documentation, project handing over, outstanding follow – ups. Assisting for all activities of the department at all gaps. Technical activities and documentation required for sales team. · Good Technical Skills, Communication Skill, Willing to learn with patience, Polite, accommodating in team and deadlines oriented and continuous improvement attitude, AutoCAD, MS project knowledge will be essential. · Collecting enquiries from sites/delivering documentation to the sites. Giving material, manpower requirements to Division Head, being transparent in communication across all levels for all works / issues, collecting and conveying all information to Division Head while Division Head attending other customer / projects / sites. · All other works / un attended tasks which are complementing / necessary to the division’s smooth operation and growth.
