Summary: Conduct inspections, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of passenger and freight elevators, responding to breakdowns and ensuring safe operation while adhering to safety standards. Cooperate with management and clients for safety testing and upgrades Job Position: Elevator Service Engineer Location: On\-site / Local area Employment Type: Full\-time Job Responsibilities 1\. Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of passenger elevators and freight elevators to ensure normal and safe operation of equipment. 2\. Respond to elevator breakdowns and emergency calls in a timely manner, complete on\-site repairs and eliminate potential safety hazards efficiently. 3\. Record maintenance data, inspection results and repair details truthfully, and complete daily maintenance reports and relevant official documents. 4\. Strictly follow national and industrial elevator safety standards and company operating specifications to carry out all maintenance work. 5\. Cooperate with company management and clients to complete regular safety testing, annual inspection and equipment upgrade work. 6\. Keep work tools and equipment well maintained, manage spare parts reasonably, and ensure tidy and standardized on\-site operation. Job Requirements 1\. University diploma or above; major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields is preferred. 2\. With valid official elevator operation and maintenance qualification certificate; relevant working experience in elevator maintenance is prioritized. 3\. Familiar with elevator structure, electrical circuit and fault judgment; able to independently handle daily maintenance and common elevator failures. 4\. Strong hands\-on ability, problem\-solving skills and on\-site emergency response capability. 5\. Hard\-working, responsible, with good service awareness and team spirit. 6\. Able to adapt to flexible working hours and emergency on\-call work.
