The ELV Supervisor is responsible for managing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services
through a CAFM platform, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and technical
performance of all ELV systems. The role oversees technicians, monitors maintenance
activities, resolves technical issues, and ensures compliance with safety standards and
OEM recommendations.

Responsibilities
* Manage the maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
* Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance
(CM) work orders are completed within agreed timeframes; conduct daily random
checks on 10% of all work orders.
* Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure the completion of assigned tasks
through regular site inspections.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems and implement
effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance activities, inspections, and
system upgrades.
* Provide training and development opportunities to the team to enhance their ELV
system knowledge and skills.
* Prepare and present reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and
improvement recommendations.
* Manage ELV service providers and develop KPIs to evaluate their
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
* Certified UPDA Engineer from MMUP, Qatar.
* **5\+ years of relevant maintenance experience.**
