Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. **Engineering Coordinator** **JKM Engg LLC – Al Wakrah** Position Overview The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring smooth communication between engineering teams, project managers, clients, and site personnel. The role plays a key part in maintaining project schedules, documentation control, and technical workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily engineering activities across ongoing projects. * Assist project engineers and managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks. * Maintain and update engineering documentation, drawings, and project files. * Track project progress and prepare status reports for management review. * Liaise with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. * Monitor compliance with engineering standards, codes, and client requirements. * Organize technical meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items. * Support quality assurance and technical review processes. * Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in engineering coordination or project support roles. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation tools (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus). * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
