Perform quantity take\-offs and material cost analysis. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals. Assist in tendering, budgeting, and cost control processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
