About the Role * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and contractual requirements. * Prepare detailed cost estimates and rate build\-ups for Civil, Infrastructure, Structural, O\&M and MEP works. * Prepare tender pricing, commercial proposals, clarifications, qualifications, exclusions and assumptions. * Prepare post\-award activities including valuations, payment applications, variations and final accounts. * Good knowledge of the Qatar construction market and preferably Ashghal/Qatar contractual practices. * Strong proficiency in MS Excel estimation/QS software such as Candy/CCS or equivalent. * Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and commercial skills, with ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines. * Coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadline What do we need from you * Minimum 10 years in Construction Estimation / Quantity Surveying, preferably with 5\+ years GCC/Qatar experience. * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
