The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for smart home automation, AV, and ELV projects. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers, sales, and engineering teams to ensure precise and competitive project estimations. Key Responsibilities * Review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications to define project scope and requirements. * Prepare BOQs, material take\-offs, and detailed cost estimates for smart home automation, AV, and ELV systems. * Estimate labor costs, installation timelines, and resource requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing for equipment and systems. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients and contractors. * Support sales and engineering teams during tendering and project discussions. * Recommend value engineering solutions and cost\-effective alternatives without compromising quality. * Maintain updated pricing databases and estimation records. * Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications and company standards. Requirements * Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * 2–5\+ years of experience in estimation or system design within Smart Home Automation, ELV, or AV industry. * Strong knowledge of systems such as KNX, Lutron, Crestron, Control4, CCTV, Access Control, and structured cabling. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, estimation tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. * Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * GCC/Qatar experience is an added advantage. Preferred Skills * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. * Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
