Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance** * Maintain and execute the preventive maintenance schedule for client assets (HVAC filters, fire alarm tests, elevator inspections, generator runs). * Coordinate access with clients for scheduled PMs. * Track PM completion rates and report deviations to the FM Manager. **4\.
