Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day facility and property management operations across bank premises * Ensure all buildings, systems, and services are maintained to the highest standards * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and ensure compliance with SLAs * Lead and supervise facility management teams and external contractors * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients * Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs * Implement strategic plans to improve facility performance and efficiency * Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity planning \* * **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of pure Facility Management experience** (mandatory) * Proven experience in managing facilities within large organizations, preferably in the banking or corporate sector * **Fluency in both Arabic and English** (spoken and written) * Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.) * Demonstrated **leadership and team management skills** * Excellent **client relationship and communication abilities** * Strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR15,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
