**Job Title** **Senior Fire Alarm Prograaming \& Maintenance Engineer** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented **Senior Fire Alarm Maintenance Engineer** with **5–7 years of experience** to lead fire alarm maintenance activities across multiple sites. The candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, commissioning, and ensuring full compliance with **QCDD requirements**, while managing multiple AMC contracts and supporting junior engineers and technicians. **Key Responsibilities** * Program, test, and commission **Simplex fire alarm systems** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm systems * Prepare and submit **QCDD technical reports**, test results, and compliance documentation * Manage and handle **multiple AMC sites** efficiently * Troubleshoot complex system faults and implement corrective actions * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities when required * Ensure all works comply with **NFPA, QCDD, and local authority standards** * Maintain accurate service records, drawings, and maintenance logs **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree * Electrical Engineering * Electronics Engineering * **5–7 years of proven experience** in fire alarm maintenance and commissioning * Strong hands\-on experience with **Simplex fire alarm panels** * Solid knowledge of **QCDD regulations and approval processes** * Experience managing **AMC contracts and multiple sites** * Good command of English (spoken and written) * Strong leadership and problem\-solving skills Contact Num: 50353658 Job Type: Full\-time
