Professional work environment with career growth opportunities Job Overview We are a leading Grade A Contracting Company in Qatar seeking an experienced **General Supervisor** to join our team for a major **Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project**. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site execution activities, coordinating manpower and equipment, monitoring productivity, and ensuring that project activities are completed in compliance with safety, quality, and progress requirements. Candidates with previous Kahramaa and infrastructure pipeline experience in Qatar will be given priority. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily site execution activities. * Coordinate manpower, equipment, and productivity. * Ensure safety, quality, and progress compliance. Qualifications \& Experience * Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision for infrastructure, pipeline, utility, or construction projects. * Experience in managing site activities, manpower coordination, and equipment utilization. * Knowledge of safety, quality, and construction procedures. * Previous experience with Kahramaa projects or infrastructure works in Qatar is highly preferred. * Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
