Coordinate with project management and promote a strong safety culture HSE Superintendent – Desalination Construction Project (Qatar) We are looking for an experienced HSE Superintendent to join our team for a Desalination Construction Project in Qatar. Employment Type Full\-Time Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the site HSE team to ensure full compliance with project HSE requirements. * Implement and monitor the project HSE plan, procedures, risk assessments, and method statements. * Conduct regular site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety meetings. * Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with client and company standards. * Monitor PTW activities, lifting operations, confined space work, excavation, hot work, working at height, and other high\-risk activities. * Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Coordinate with project management, construction teams, QA/QC, subcontractors, and client representatives. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, international HSE standards, and project\-specific safety requirements. * Promote a strong safety culture across the project site. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or a related field. * NEBOSH Level 6 / NEBOSH International Diploma is preferred. * NEBOSH certificate should be obtained at least 5 years ago. * Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience in construction projects. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or superintendent\-level HSE role. * Experience in desalination, water treatment, oil \& gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects is preferred. * GCC experience is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of PTW systems, risk assessments, method statements, emergency response, and incident investigation. * Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills. * Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
