Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Key Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHUs), FCUs, cooling towers, and ventilation systems. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment. * Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, sensors, valves, and filters. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. * Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and documentation. * Coordinate with contractors and vendors for major repairs or upgrades. * Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field. * Proven Gulf experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigeration cycles and electrical systems. * Familiarity with building management systems (BMS). * Understanding of safety standards and local HVAC codes.
