We are currently seeking 2 experienced Instrumentation Testing \& Commissioning (T\&C) Supervisors / Engineers for a leading project in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in instrumentation testing, commissioning activities, and Oil \& Gas sector projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute instrumentation testing \& commissioning activities * Ensure systems are commissioned according to project specifications and industry standards * Prepare and review commissioning procedures, reports, and checklists * Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients during commissioning phases * Troubleshoot instrumentation systems and resolve technical issues * Verify calibration and functional testing of field instruments and control systems * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements * Support startup, handover, and final acceptance activities **Skills and Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or relevant discipline * Proven experience in Oil \& Gas projects (Testing \& Commissioning scope) * Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures and industry standards * Experience in field instruments, PLC, DCS, analyzers, and control systems * Strong technical troubleshooting and coordination skills
