Work effectively as part of a supportive team We are looking for a motivated Junior HVAC Technician to assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior technicians and gain hands\-on experience in maintaining HVAC equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment. * Support senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration faults. * Perform routine inspections of air conditioning units, AHUs, FCUs, split units, package units, and ventilation systems. * Clean, service, and replace filters, belts, motors, and other HVAC components. * Assist with refrigerant charging, leak testing, and basic refrigeration maintenance. * Help monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities. * Carry out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting under supervision. * Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. * Complete maintenance checklists, service reports, and documentation accurately. * Follow company safety procedures and industry regulations at all times. * Respond to maintenance requests and support emergency repair activities when required. * Assist in installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment. Skills and Qualifications * Technical Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience. * Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical components. * Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely. * Basic understanding of technical drawings and wiring diagrams. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities. * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer knowledge is an advantage. Preferred Experience * Experience working in facilities management, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls, or residential properties. * Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and service operations. * Familiarity with split units, package units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems. * Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.
