Analyzing electrical loads, power distribution, and resolving technical issues Lead Electrical Engineer Position Overview Our company is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to supervise the technical design, implementation, and oversight of electrical systems in engineering projects. The role will be responsible for leading the technical team and ensuring the quality of electrical works from the design phase through commissioning and handover. Responsibilities and Duties * Leading the electrical engineering team in engineering and construction projects. * Preparing and reviewing electrical designs (LV/MV/HV Systems). * Reviewing and approving technical drawings and schematics. * Supervising electrical installation works on-site. * Ensuring compliance with international and local codes and standards. * Coordinating with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, operations). * Analyzing electrical loads and power distribution. * Reviewing tender documents and technical specifications. * Supporting testing and commissioning activities. * Resolving technical issues during implementation. * Preparing progress reports and technical observations. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * 7–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and equipment. * Experience with ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent software. * Familiarity with electrical codes and international standards (IEC / IEEE). * Leadership and engineering team management skills. * Ability to work on large and complex projects.
