Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations of building facilities, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems are properly maintained. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to support smooth building operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily maintenance activities across all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works). * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. * Assign tasks and monitor performance of technicians and maintenance staff. * Inspect facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance works and materials procurement. * Ensure maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials usage, and equipment service logs. * Support project and development teams in new installations, refurbishments, and system upgrades. * Report maintenance status, issues, and recommendations to the Facilities Manager. * Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in **building maintenance** within a **facility management environment**. * Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building equipment, and maintenance procedures. * Proven supervisory and leadership skills. * Good communication and organizational abilities. * Proficient in maintenance software and reporting tools. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
