Opportunity to work with premium designs, embroidery, and complex styles Master Cutter – Abaya Key Work **Location:** Doha **Department:** Production / Tailoring **Reports To:** Production Manager / Fashion Designer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Master Cutter specializing in Abaya Key Work to join our fashion and tailoring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking measurements, preparing patterns, cutting fabrics accurately, and handling customized abaya designs with high\-quality finishing standards. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Gulf abaya styles, luxury fabrics, and couture tailoring techniques. Key Responsibilities * Take accurate body measurements for custom abayas * Create, modify, and grade abaya patterns according to design requirements * Perform precise fabric cutting for production and bespoke orders * Handle key work including premium designs, embroidery placements, and complex styles * Coordinate with tailors and embroidery teams during production * Ensure fabric utilization is efficient and minimize material wastage * Maintain high standards of stitching, fitting, and finishing * Conduct quality checks before final delivery * Interpret fashion sketches and designer specifications accurately * Manage multiple orders while meeting production deadlines Required Skills \& Qualifications * Minimum 5\+ years of experience as an Abaya Master Cutter * Strong expertise in abaya pattern making and garment construction * Knowledge of luxury fabrics such as nida, crepe, linen, silk, and chiffon * Ability to handle bridal and designer abayas * Excellent cutting and fitting skills * Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship * Ability to work independently and within a team * Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Gulf fashion houses or abaya boutiques * Knowledge of modern abaya trends and styles * Ability to supervise junior tailors and cutters * Familiarity with industrial cutting equipment Working Conditions * Full\-time position * Workshop/Boutique production environment * May require handling urgent or seasonal orders Salary \& Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience * Accommodation and transportation (if applicable) * Annual leave and company benefits as per labor law * Performance incentives may be offered based on production quality and efficiency Work Location: In person
