This is a full\-time position based in Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering * 7–10 years of experience in civil estimation and tendering * Proven experience preparing quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and estimation methodologies * Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred **Skills \& Competencies** * Expertise in preparing detailed quantity take\-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates * Capable of analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop competitive bids * Adept at coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations * Proficiency in material cost analysis, budget forecasting, and value engineering opportunities * Effective bid preparation, tender evaluation, and estimation documentation management * Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving capabilities * Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
