Coordinate various engineering activities with multidisciplinary teams. **We Are Hiring for MEP Engineer \- Doha Qatar!** **Job Summary** The MEP Engineer is responsible for the planning, design review, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role ensures that all MEP works comply with project specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), local authority regulations, safety standards, and project schedules. **Key Responsibilities** · Review MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents. · Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities with civil, structural, and architectural teams. · Supervise MEP installation works at construction sites. · Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. · Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. · Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and international standards. · Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. · Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements. · Perform testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems. · Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. · Manage project documentation, including RFIs, inspection requests, and as\-built drawings. · Participate in project handover and maintenance support. **Required Qualifications** · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. · 8–10 years of experience in MEP construction or building services (depending on the position level). · Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, fire alarm, firefighting, and ELV systems. · Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Ashghal standards, and local authority requirements. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Microsoft Office, and project management software. · Strong understanding of testing and commissioning procedures. · Valid Qatar Driving License (often preferred). · MMUP/UPDA Engineering Registration **Required Skills** · Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems. · Project planning and coordination. · Problem\-solving and analytical skills. · Communication and teamwork. · Time management. · Quality control and inspection. · Cost estimation and material management. · Leadership and supervisory abilities.
