Ensure strict compliance with HSSE policies and regulatory requirements Job Summary We are hiring a Shift Engineer (Electrical) to supervise and coordinate shift operations within a manufacturing, process plant, utilities, or industrial gases production facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial electrical systems, plant operations, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and shift supervision. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate shift operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing and industrial gases production facilities. * Provide technical support and direction to shift operators and technicians during normal operations, start\-up, shutdown, product changeover, and emergency situations. * Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies, Qatar regulatory requirements, permit\-to\-work procedures, and site operating standards. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and equipment\-related issues involving: * Electrical systems * Instrumentation and control systems * Compressors * Pumps * Motors * Power distribution systems * Associated plant equipment * Monitor plant and electrical equipment performance and take appropriate action when abnormalities or faults are identified. * Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime. * Ensure proper shift handover and communicate equipment status, operational issues, and outstanding activities to the incoming shift. * Support safe and efficient plant operations during start\-up, shutdown, and emergency conditions. * Maintain accurate shift records, operational reports, and relevant documentation. * Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established operating and safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of total experience. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process plants, utilities, or industrial gases operations. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plant operations, safety procedures, troubleshooting, and shift supervision. * Experience in industrial operations is required. * Experience in industrial gases production, storage, filling, distribution, or related manufacturing environments is an advantage. * Qatar or GCC industrial operations experience is preferred. * Must be willing to work in shifts. * Male candidates of any nationality may apply. * Valid transferable QID. * Valid Qatar driver's license is preferred. * Immediate joining.
