Oversee maintenance operations and tendering with CMMS/CAFM experience. We’re Hiring: Senior Maintenance Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong **Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)** to join our team. **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering **Key Qualifications \& Experience:** * UPDA Grade A * QCDD Approved * 10\+ years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations **Technical Expertise:** * Strong background in maintenance operations and tendering * ELV Systems: UPS, ACS, BMS, CBS, AV, etc. * Electrical Systems: LV, MV, Transformers, Generators * Electrical load calculations (cable sizing, breaker sizing) * Review of CAD drawings and technical documentation * Material submittals and technical evaluations * Tender estimation and cost analysis **Operational Skills:** * Experience with CMMS / CAFM systems * KPI monitoring and reporting * Preventive \& Corrective Maintenance (PPM \& CM) * Development and implementation of SOPs **Leadership:** * Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams * Ensure maintenance activities align with OEM recommendations and international standards Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Work Location: In person
