Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance Key Responsibilities: \* Perform general maintenance and repair work for the villa, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC repairs. \* Conduct routine inspections to ensure all villa systems and equipment are functioning properly. \* Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities carried out by external contractors and service providers. \* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. \* Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. \* Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts inventory. \* Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards. \* Report maintenance issues and recommend cost\-effective repair solutions. \* Keep accurate maintenance records and provide regular status updates. Requirements \* Minimum 5 years of experience in villa or residential property maintenance. \* Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. \* Experience supervising maintenance workers and coordinating with contractors. \* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently. \* Good communication and organizational skills. \* Valid driving license is preferred. \* Basic English communication skills.
