**Requirements** * Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of asphalt paving or road construction experience * Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods, especially foundations, concrete, and underground works. * Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical documents. * Ability to plan daily work activities * Prior leadership or supervisory experience on paving crews * Knowledge of HSE regulations and ability to enforce site safety. * Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, reporting tools) is a plus. * must have valid driving license.
