Key Responsibilities * Provide day\-to\-day technical support for all staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues quickly. * Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, printers, and specialized project management hardware. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Monitor office network connectivity (LAN/WAN/VPN) to ensure zero downtime for on\-site and remote teams. * Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for specialized technical requirements or upgrades. * Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and cybersecurity protocols are strictly followed. * Maintain a detailed inventory of IT assets and software licenses across multiple project sites. Skills and Requirements * **Technical Troubleshooting:** Mastery of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 Suite in a corporate environment. * **Networking Essentials:** Proven experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and troubleshooting Wi\-Fi/VPN connectivity. * **Asset Management:** High level of organization in tracking hardware life cycles and software compliance. * **Effective Communication:** Clear, professional English communication skills to assist staff with varying levels of technical knowledge. * **Certifications:** CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status is highly preferred. * **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, ideally within construction or engineering. * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
