Coordinate various engineering teams for project success **Construction Supervisor (Mechanical – Storage Tanks / Oil \& Gas Projects)** **Qualification** \* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent \* Good computer skills (project software / SAP knowledge preferred) \* Strong English communication (written \& spoken) \* Good problem\-solving and decision\-making skills \* QatarEnergy PTW Level 1 (mandatory) \* Valid Qatar light vehicle/pick\-up driving license **Experience** \* Minimum 8 years in oil \& gas / petrochemical construction or installation \* At least 3 years in mechanical construction or commissioning \* Minimum 5 years experience in erection and repair of large welded storage tanks \* Strong knowledge of API 620 / 650 / 653 and related tank standards **Key Responsibilities** \* Supervise daily contractor activities during tank rehabilitation (cleaning, desludging, repair works) \* Ensure all work follows QatarEnergy PTW system, safety rules, and contract requirements \* Inspect contractor and subcontractor work for quality, safety, and compliance \* Coordinate with welding, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and corrosion teams \* Monitor progress through site visits, meetings, and reports \* Ensure safe working practices and proper site housekeeping \* Verify contractor invoices against contract rates and quantities \* Support punch list preparation and ensure all items are closed before final handover \* Prepare and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports \* Perform any additional tasks assigned by management Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
