ELV Supervisor

Summary: Oversee on-site installation, maintenance, and testing of ELV systems, managing technicians and ensuring work complies with specifications and safety. Highlights: 1. Supervise daily ELV site activities and manage technical teams. 2. Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. 3. Involve in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting ELV systems. is responsible for overseeing on\-site installation, maintenance, and testing of ELV systems. This role ensures that all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while managing technicians and coordinating daily site activities **Key Responsibilities:** \* Supervise daily ELV site activities and installation work \* Manage and guide technicians, installers, and subcontractors \* Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications \* Coordinate with the ELV Project Engineer and other site teams \* Monitor site progress and report updates to management \* Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment \* Conduct site inspections and quality checks \* Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems \* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies \* Report delays, issues, and risks to the project team \* Maintain site documentation (daily reports, attendance, work progress) \* Support handover activities and snag list clearance **Systems Typically Supervised:** \* CCTV \& Video Surveillance \* Access Control Systems \* Structured Cabling (Data \& Voice) \* Fire Alarm Systems \* Public Address (PA) Systems \* Building Management Systems (BMS) **Requirements:** \* Diploma or technical certification in Electrical / Electronics \* 3–5 years of experience in ELV installation projects \* Strong knowledge of ELV systems and installation practices \* Ability to read drawings and schematics \* Experience supervising site teams \* Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting) **Preferred (Optional):** \* GCC Experience In Qatar \* Familiarity with local authority requirements \* Vendor/system experience (e.g., Hikvision, Honeywell, Dahua ) **Key Skills:** \* Team supervision \* Site coordination \* Problem\-solving \* Time management \* Attention to detail \* Communication skills **\-Must have driving license** **\-Job type : Full time** Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
